STEP 1

RESEARCH - CLIENT MEETING / USER INTERVIEWS

Our first step on this project was to meet with Rossel, the owner of AuctionsFind.com, so we could learn about his business and the evolution of the existing website.

STEP 2

RESEARCH - USER TEST EXISTING SITE

We conducted several user tests with the existing website. These tests were recorded using quicktime to capture the users screen and voice. We shared these videos with the client.

STEP 3

RESEARCH - REVIEW ANALYTICS

Since the original site had been online for over 10 years there was quite a bit of Google Analytics data available to us.
We also had the programmer install Inspectlet so we could record user sessions and generate heat maps.
